Deposits

No, since we are solely a cryptocurrency exchange, we don't have any deposit fees.

Please check the amount of required confirmations for a deposit, and compare it with a blockchain explorer. If you are certain the transaction should already be confirmed and in your account, please contact support.

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do to help you, since we don't own the address you sent funds to. You could try a wallet resync and the repair options inside the wallet. But chances are, that the funds is lost in crypto cyberspace.

Here are Amsterex, each user has their own set of addresses, and these addresses can not be changed/updated to a new address by the user. If you really need a new address, please contact support and add the reason for your new address request.

Please supply us with as much information as you can, and we'll try a couple of options to retrieve the funds. However, in most cases, there is little chance the funds can be recovered.
